Terms

Concept Lab is the concept and lyric engine offered at conceptlab.me and app.conceptlab.me, referred to here as the service. The beta is the private test period during which the service is made available to invited users.

You means the person using the service. We means [INVULLEN: bedrijfsnaam], the party that provides it.

The service is provided during the beta as is, without any warranty. Features may change, be removed or stop working at any time, and we make no promise about availability or uptime. We decide who is invited and may decline or postpone any request without giving a reason.

Access is personal: one account per person. Keep your login details private and do not share your account with others. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Do not use the service to create or store content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others. Do not try to access other users' data, corpora or prompts, and do not probe or disrupt the systems behind the service. Do not circumvent or abuse the generation limits, for example by automating requests.

You keep all rights to the lyrics, ideas and other material you upload. You give us the permission needed to process that material in order to run the service for you, and for no other purpose.

The ownership and licence of generated output is [INVULLEN: regeling]. You are responsible for reviewing what you release and for making sure it does not infringe anyone's rights.

During the beta the service costs [INVULLEN: prijs of gratis tijdens de beta]. Any pricing after the beta will be announced before it applies, and you will not be charged without agreeing to it first.

Our liability is limited to the extent Dutch law allows. We are not liable for indirect damage, including lost profits, lost data or lost releases. The beta can lose data, so keep your own copies of everything you upload and everything it generates.

You can stop using the service at any time, and we can end the beta or your access at any time. We can remove your access immediately if you misuse the service or break these terms. After termination we delete your account data in line with the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us are submitted to the competent court in [INVULLEN: rechtbank]. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may change these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page, and if you keep using the service after a change you accept the new terms. Questions: [INVULLEN: e-mailadres].
